Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for door-to-door sales, engaging potential customers in residential and small commercial areas, introducing them to BeKlin’s cleaning services, and helping them book appointments.
This is a performance-driven role that offers a basic pay and commission incentives.
Duties
- Canvass neighborhoods and business districts to promote BeKlin’s cleaning services
- Educate potential customers about our cleaning packages and eco-friendly solutions
- Book appointments for consultations or direct cleaning sessions
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and marketing materials
- Record leads, track interactions, and report on daily/weekly progress
- Represent BeKlin professionally and positively in all interactions
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Gather feedback from prospects to help improve service delivery and messaging
Skills
- Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable approaching people
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be reliable and goal-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Access to transportation is an advantage
